  Tasty yogurt here. The staff are so nice and the store is so nice. Highly recommend checking this spot out.

  We went on a Monday for some yogurt, we didn't know that it was a five dollar fill up your cup until the lady told us about it. We thought that it was great and she seemed happy to tell us. We proceeded to fill up our cups because that was the deal and they were advertising it. The lady told us they have lids to give us when we went to the check out so we could fill it up even further then the rim. We proceeded to do so, and she said "wow if everybody filled up their cups like that then, we would go out of business..." She went on and on about how we filled up our cups even though she was the one that told us to do so... She was so rude and it did not make any sense because she was the one who told us. Also the cups that we filled to the top were filled with only yogurt so it didn't weigh that much... It probably would've costed more if we filled it up with toppings because they weigh more. At the checkout she proceeded to say well this would've costed this much, but not in a way to tell us we saved, more in a way that sounded condescending. I'm very disappointed in this experience. Luckily we only go once a year so we don't have to deal with that attitude again.

  My kids love going to menchies! We've had a birthday party at the Morgan crossing location. We weren't sure what to expect as it was our first time doing a menchies Party. The party time slot was 90 minutes (I think it was enough time) they had some balloons and a table set up for gifts, which the hosts would place on the gift table. They had the tables set up so each chair had a T-shirt and pens, so while guests were arriving they colored T-shirt's (they got to take them home) they also had happy birthday with child's name on the round chalkboard which was a nice touch. I had a few parents ask me, what I thought of the experience, and I thought I should just do a review. I went with the 20 dollar per kid package. That is the best package and I think the price goes down from there. The kids started off with T-shirt coloring (they get to take these home) and then it was Pizza time, provided by Fresh Slice (menchies ordered the pizza and drinks) And they ordered plenty, enough for us to even offer to the parents that stayed, which was nice. There is no outside food allowed, including cake (which we didn't do, frozen yogurt was enough). The kids played musical chairs, and another game where they had them sit in a circle on the floor (kind of gross) and they passed a present around and would stop the music and where it stops, that child would unwrap one layer of tissue paper and it goes on until the gift is unwrapped. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't think to start the game with the birthday child (my kid) or didn't think to stop the music when it got to her turn so she would have a chance to unwrap a layer, if only just once. It worked out though, as the child that won shared her candy. Menchie came out and helped sing happy birthday but didn't really go too close to where my daughter was at her end of the table, but the kids were very excited to see Menchie! The only time the birthday child got special recognition during the party was when the host asked the children to line up behind her for frozen yogurt line, which of course was a big hit! They give each child a smaller cup, not the big ones we normally see/ use when we go in. Menchie came out again and played "menchie says" and then there was time for pictures. The team running the party was very nice and a bit reserved/shy for this crowd but all around very nice and helpful. The kids also got to take home menchies cups with pencils, tattoos, balloons, erasers etc as a goody bag. They pretty much handle everything, you just need to show up! They don't close the location during the birthday party but it wasn't too bad at all for our time slot. Overall, we were happy with how it turned out, my only suggestion would be is to really make it more about the birthday child. Ie. when they take the group photo everyone say happy birthday! Start the games with the child leading, have menchie stand next to child for birthday song. It's the small things that make a huge impact especially for the younger ones.
  
  Update: we went in for some frozen yogurt and find my child's birthday photo on the wall. It's up there but wishing them a happy birthday with the wrong name! Lol

  Our experience at this Menchies was horrible. We showed up on a Saturday an hr before closing and at least for of the flavors were out of frozen yogurt. We left with no frozen yogurt due to this.

  Menchies is honestly the best snack/dessert/lunch that you can have!
  The premises of Menchies is very simple: you get a cup, pick a flavor, and add as many topping as you want. They have new flavors every week but I am a fan of the original tart and then I just put a bunch of toppings!
  They have a really big selection of toppings, from cereals, chocolates to fresh fruits and syrups!
  If you're looking for a health..ish sweet menchies is for you!!
